Our Shopping Cart is protected by SSL encryption (secure sockests layer - the internet standard for secure transactions) to protect your credit card details, and this information will only be used for the purpose it was submitted for.
Your credit card details will be transmitted directly to BNZ Buyline, and will not be made available to Hapene Flax NZ Ltd.

Returns & Refunds - Consumer Guarantee
We are proud of our reputation for very high quality and hope that you will be totally satisfied with your purchases from Hapene Flax NZ Ltd.
If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item so that we can provide an appopriate remedy.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.
If your order has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
Should a refund be provided, it will be actioned within 7 days and will include the postage fee.
Currency Conversion
Hapene Flax NZ Ltd is a New Zealand company, and all prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). A currency conversion can be obtained by clicking on the Currency Conversion link on the order confirmation page.
Delivery Information
Postage costs are calculated at the time of order, and are based on product weight, size, quantity and shipping destination. All postage costs are in New Zealand dollars.
New Zealand target delivery times:
Items are delivered within 4-10 working days, however are most likely to be delivered within one week. For urgent delivery of your order please contact us before placing your order to see if this is possible. For delayed delivery or to specify a delivery date, please state this in the comments section of your order.
New Zealand orders are only delivered on signature required couriers. If the recipient is not there the courier will leave a card with contact details to arrange redelivery. We do not deliver to PO Boxes for this reason. If a PO Box is your only option please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery method.
Rural deliveries are sometimes left at your local depot to be picked up. This is beyond our control. We do try our best to ensure the package is delivered to your door by writing this on the package for the courier to see.
International target delivery times:
There are 2 options available: International Air (no track and trace), and International Courier (track and trace included).
Choose your option at the shopping cart, and the shipping cost will be calculated for you, based on your order and shipping destination. All international target delivery times are 7-14 days. This does not take into account any delays with customs, or freight forwarders in the destination country.
For bulk orders please contact us about bulk discounts and postage costs before placing your order.
For large orders, special requests, commissions or custom made designs, the above delivery times and costs do not apply. Please contact us first before placing your order and we will advise you of the delivery time and cost.
Customs Requirements
New Zealand law requires us to attach custom documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating the cost. As we have no control over any Customs or import charges levied once the package reaches your country, these additional charges must be borne by you. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
